Planning & Architecture
All roofs shall have Tamko or Timer-land 30 year architectural asphalt shingle with ten (10) color choices.
Roof sheathing to be 1/2” CDX plywood.
Ceiling areas shall be insulated with Kraft faced R-30 batt insulation in flat areas and R-19 in cathedral areas.
All insulation will comply with the New York State Energy Conservation Code. All metal flushing, as required, shall be aluminum.
